A good looking 18ct gold ring that was made circa 1880. It has been claw set with five old mine cut diamonds that have an approximate total weight of 1.30 carats. They have high tables and are deep stones. Old mine cut diamonds are sought after because they refract the light in a different way to brilliant cut diamonds. It is a much more subtle and beautiful look. The ring sits low on the finger and curves around it nicely.
