Free Worldwide DeliveryThe most valuable emeralds are those with a very high saturation and this ring has been set with a particularly vivid green Colombian emerald, weighing an estimated 1.10 carats, with only minor clarity enhancement. This late Victorian ring was made circa 1890-1900 and consists of an 18ct gold band with decorative shoulders set with an emerald and two old mine cut diamonds. The cushion shape of the diamonds echoes the octagonal outline of the emerald, giving this ring a lovely balanced look. Furthermore, tiny rose cut diamonds have been set in between the three larger stones. The ring is accompanied by a gemmological report stating that the emerald is a natural stone with indications of minor clarity enhancement originating from Colombia. The diamonds are natural (approx H-I colour, SI1-SI2 clarity).
