This is a stunning 18ct gold ring that was made in the 1880s. It has been set with a really good Columbian emerald. It is really hard to show the intensity of the colour in the photographs. On either side is an old mine cut diamond with tiny diamond points, as they are called, on either side of the emerald. It would make a wonderful engagement ring.
