The colour combination of the gem stones is most unusual with a pink sapphire that has an estimated weight of 1.32 carats in the centre surrounded by eighteen rubies and thirty six diamonds around the border. The shoulders have also been set with three small diamonds on either side. Pink sapphires are said to signify love, elegance and compassion. When worn it looks fantastic and would make an unusual engagement or dress ring.
This ring comes with a gemmological certificate that states that thepink sapphire is a natural unheated stone from Sri Lanka (Ceylon)
