A really unusual and very pretty 18ct gold ring which has a three carat yellow sapphire surrounded by small diamonds to highlight it. It could have been a special commission as rings of this type are uncommon. It was made circa 1910-1920 and would make a wonderful engagement ring.
A rare find!
