A well balanced 18ct gold ring that has been claw set with three lovely mid blue colour sapphires with two small diamonds in between each one. The shank has pretty scroll work on either side which is called a “carved half hoop”. It curves beautifully around the finger so it would be an ideal engagement ring. It was made in Birmingham in the early 1900s.
