An attractive late Victorian 18ct gold sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The natural sapphire is a beautiful mid to deep blue colour and is surrounded by ten old mine cut diamonds. It was assayed in Chester in 1893. It is beautifully made with an unusual zig zag design on the shoulders. It would make a lovely engagement ring.
