Rare Find
A ring of the highest quality that was made in the early 1920s and is most likely of Austrian origin. It is a small work of art with so much attention to detail. The top has been studded with evenly matched bright white old European cut diamonds with a total weight of just under two and a half carats. In between are small rose diamonds. The overall impression is of a carpet of diamonds. Around them is a millegrained platinum edging. The calibre cut rubies have been especially cut to fit the curved parts of the continuous band around the edge and have a millegrained 18ct gold outside edge. The trifurcated shoulders have been set with small rose diamonds.
This ring is accompanied by a gemmological certificate.
