Ballerina rings were popular in the 1960s. They imitate the ballerina’s tutu and come in various forms. This 18ct white gold ring has been claw set with an unheated light cornflower blue sapphire from Sri Lanka that weighs just over 10 carats. Around it are set 22 slanted claw set baguette diamonds. The ring is accompanied by a gemmological report stating that the sapphire is a natural unheated stone from Sri Lanka (Ceylon). A stunning statement ring that looks fabulous on the finger!
