Victorian 18ct Gold, Sapphire & Diamond Five Stone Boat Shaped Ring

452X
50 Admirers
Written by Olly Gerrish

This is a beautiful 18ct gold ring that was assayed in Birmingham in 1889. It has been claw set with two stunning Royal blue sapphires with a claw set old mine cut diamond in the centre and a further claw set old mine cut diamond on either side. It is a boat shaped setting so the stones are protected by a ridge on either side.

It would make a fabulous engagement ring.
