Free Worldwide DeliveryThis is a lovely, unusual gypsy set ring that was assayed in Birmingham in 1899. This ring features a cluster of small old mine cut diamonds in the centre which is rare to see in this style of ring and combines the pretty daisy cluster design with a more chunky and wearable gold look. The diamonds have a total weight of approximately o.20 carats.
This style of ring is known as a gypsy ring due to the lucky star shaped settings. They were popular in the late Victorian and early Edwardian periods and we think are just as wearable today.
The design of the ring and setting is very practical for wear as the stones are set down into the ring making it perfect for everyday wear as an engagement ring or dress ring.
