A pretty 18ct gold ring with a platinum top that has been claw set with a three quarter of a carat ruby in the centre. The ruby is a lovely mid to deep pinkish red and is surrounded by eight well matched white brilliant cut diamonds. It was made circa 1940-1950. This ring would be ideal for a Ruby anniversary present or as an engagement ring.
