Georgian Carved Coral Brooch

A beautifully carved coral brooch of a mother and two winged cherubs which was made for the tourist trade in Italy, circa 1820. It is the Neo Classical style which was popular at the time. It is mounted on to a gold frame. The rub over catch is a later adjustment.
