A finely made platinum ring that dates to around 1910-1920. It has been claw set with a beautiful pink sapphire. Pink sapphires are popular for engagement rings as they are such a pretty colour. Around it are ten bright white old mine cut diamonds within a scalloped shaped border. The shoulders have also each been claw set with four old mine cut diamonds.
It is delicate looking and sits low on the finger so it would make an ideal engagement ring.
