Edwardian Crescent & Dove Brooch set with Natural Split Pearls & Diamonds

Written by Olly Gerrish

A very pretty 15ct gold and silver brooch that was made circa 1900. There is a dove on a branch within a crescent. The meaning of the crescent is the harvest moon which is the start of a relationship. The dove is offering a branch to his love. The crescent has been set with natural split pearls and there are diamonds set in to leaves and the dove. He also has a small ruby eye. A lovely gift to someone that you love.
