A good looking 18ct gold ring set with three oval cabochon opals. The centre opal has a lot of red in it in contrast to the two outer opals which are greener. This would have been specially chosen. On the edges are small rose diamonds called “diamond points” as they gave the ring a line. It was made circa 1900-1910 when opals were very much in fashion as they matched the clothes of the period so well.
