A stylish 18ct gold ring with a platinum top that was made in the early 1900s. It is a twist design with a sapphire in the centre with a diamond on either side and is in the Art Nouveau style that was popular at the time. The shoulders sweep up and over the top and have been set with smaller diamonds. It sits low on the finger and would make a wonderful engagement ring.
