More gold bracelet that was made circa 1910. It is composed of open curb links set with fourteen cabochonA polished, not faceted, dome shaped stone - either round or oval with a flat polished base, primarily used as a cut for phenomenal stones such as cat's eyes and stars.
More cut opals in a continuous line to a hidden tongue clasp. The opals are well matched stones displaying flashes of green and blue with red undertones. There is a safety chainA small chain applied to a piece of jewellery with the purpose of adding additional security to prevent loss. On bracelets and necklaces a safety chain will often join the clasp ends should the clasp fail. On a brooch it is often attached to a small pin which is to be used in tandem with the main brooch pin. More for added security.
