This is a lovely example of a crossover ring made in France circa 1910-1915. The ring and setting is made from 18ct gold and has been claw set with a deep blue round cut sapphire and a very bright old european cut diamond.
The stones are a vibrant contrast to one another and pair beautifully. There are further three rose diamonds set into the shoulders of the ring either side which catch the light in a subtle way when the ring is worn.
It is a timeless example and would make a stunning engagement ring.
