An unusual 18ct gold ring with a platinum top that was made circa 1920. It has been beautifully made with four claw set transition cut diamonds in the centre surrounded by calibre cut rubies in a scallop design. There is millgrain detail throughout.
It sits low on the finger and curves around it nicely.
