Early 20th Century 14ct Gold, Aquamarine & Diamond Ring

352T
400 Admirers
Written by Olly Gerrish

This is a pretty 14ct gold ring that was made in central Europe in the old Austrian empire, circa 1900-1910.  It has been set with a rectangular cut aquamarine with two small old mine cut diamonds, one on either side set in silver settings.  The shank is ornate with a scroll design all the way around in the 18th century style that persisted in European rings at the turn of the 20th century.  A lovely ring to wear as an engagement or dress ring.
