Rare Find
A striking large emerald and diamond ring that was made in the 1920s. It is set with a large emerald surrounded by bright white diamonds. The platinum has millgrain decoration around the stones. Derived from the French ‘mille-grain’, which translates to “a thousand grains”, millgrain detailing is a close-set row of metal beads that are typically used as a border. It is very showy and would make a wonderful dress ring.
