Art Deco Platinum Hexagonal Cut Green Tourmaline Ring with Diamond Set Shoulders

314Z
120 Admirers

An unusual platinum Art Deco ring that was made circa 1920. It has been claw set with a large hexagonal cut green tourmaline that has an approximate weight of over six carats. On either side are three small claw set diamonds set in to the shoulders. Green tourmaline attracts luck, success, abundance and prosperity. It inspires creativity, and may be used to project, create and manifest one’s goals. It apparently also promotes courage, strength and stamina. Tourmaline is given to celebrate the eighth wedding anniversary and is the birthstone for the month of october so there are plenty of meanings attached to this beautiful stone.

The ring itself is beautiful and would make an amazing engagement ring.
