This is a beautiful Art DecoA movement within the arts between the two Great Wars (1920-1935) across Europe and the US, characterized by its clean, geometric designs. The aesthetic was intended to celebrate an age of progress and the modernity of the machine. More ring that is so typical of the 1920s period in it’s geometric design and use of different cuts of the stones. In the centre is a Royal blue rectangular cut sapphireBlue is the best-known colour for this gemstone but it can be found in all colours of the spectrum. After diamond, sapphire is the hardest gemstone.
