Art Deco 18ct White Gold, Green Tourmaline & Diamond Ring

328S
Written by Olly Gerrish

A great looking 18ct white gold ring that was made in the 1930s. It is a typical geometric design that was so popular in the Art Deco period. It has been set with a beautiful fancy cut green tourmaline with three small diamonds on either side in stepped down settings. The tourmaline is a fabulous deep green that catches the light revealing the depths of its rich colour. Green tourmaline attracts luck, success, abundance and prosperity. It inspires creativity, and may be used to project, create and manifest one’s goals. It apparently also promotes courage, strength and stamina. Tourmaline is given to celebrate the eighth wedding anniversary and is the birthstone for the month of October so there are plenty of meanings attached to this beautiful stone.
