Emeralds are always a favourite with us and this ring is a lovely example of an early Art Deco ring, made circa 1920. It has been claw set with a rectangular cut emerald which is a lovely vivid green and was most likely sourced in Colombia. On either side is a claw set transition cut diamond. The shoulders sweep up to join the diamonds and have been set with further small diamonds. The gallery is very pretty with scroll work. A perfect ring for an engagement ring.
