An unusual 18ct gold and platinum ring that was made circa 1920. It is a navette shape and has been rub over and millgrain set with three rectangular shape calibre cut sapphires framed by a diamond above and below and to each side with smaller diamonds in between. The shank is waisted as it meets the top giving this ring a light and pretty look.
It sits low on the finger so it is a practical ring to wear.
