Written by Olly Gerrish

A beautiful and unusual east to west sapphire ring made in England circa 1920. The rectangular shaped sapphire is surrounded by well matched bright white transitional cut diamonds. The sapphire is a light cornflower blue. The stones are set in platinum and the shank is made from 18ct yellow gold. The ring sits low on the finger making it a perfect engagement ring or a beautiful dress ring.
