9ct Gold Three Leaf Clover Cufflinks

402L
784 Admirers
Written by Olly Gerrish

An unusual pair of 9ct gold cufflinks with three engraved three leaf clovers on all four sides. The clover, called a “shamrock” in Ireland is associated with Saint Patrick, Ireland’s patron saint, who is said to have used the plant as a metaphor for the Holy Trinity of the father, the son and the holy spirit. These cufflinks were made in Birmingham in 1905.
