French Early 20th Century Platinum Target Ring set with Diamonds & Sapphires

146Y
320 Admirers
Written by Olly Gerrish

A stunning target ring that is typical of the Art Deco period and was made circa 1920-1930. In the centre is a bright white rub over set old European cut diamond that has an approximate weight of 1.10 carats. It is surrounded by well matched shaped calibre cut Royal blue sapphires. Then there is an outer ring of rose cut diamonds. There is millegrain detail throughout that adds interest to this gorgeous ring. The gallery is a lovely pierced scroll design. It sits low on the finger so it would make a perfect engagement ring.

The overall effect is amazing when worn.

This ring is accompanied by a gemmological certificate that states the weight, colour and clarity of the central diamond.
