Edwardian 18ct Gold & Platinum, Aquamarine & Diamond Oval Cluster Ring

30Z
Written by Olly Gerrish

A beautiful 18ct gold and platinum aquamarine and diamond oval cluster ring that was made circa 1910-1920. The rub over and millgrain set oval cut aquamarine is a beautiful pale sea blue colour and has an estimated weight of  1.36 carats. Aquamarine, the dazzlingly blue birthstone for the month of March, has one of the most unique hues amongst precious stones.  Its rich colour has long been a symbol of youthfulness, good health and hope. It is surrounded by well matched rub over and millgrain set good white diamonds that have an approximate weight of just over half a carat.

When worn it sits low on the finger so it would be perfect as an engagement or dress ring.
