Rare Find
This is a really stylish long and striking 18ct gold and platinum Art Deco brooch that was made circa 1925- 1935 when this style was popular. It has been tramline set with alternate well matched calibre cut sapphires and round old European cut diamonds with natural bouton pearl terminals with small diamonds beneath each pearl. The sides of the brooch have been beautifully engraved with stylised leaves. The attention to detail is stunning with platinum used for the diamond settings and yellow gold for the sapphires.
Nowadays it would look fabulous on a lapel.
