A striking 15ct gold and platinum pendant on chain that was made circa 1920 and is typical of early 20th century design in its relative simplicity. It has been set with a beautiful pear shaped aquamarine with four diamonds above with knife edged sections in between. The original platinum chain is an ornate design that looks wonderful with the pendant. Aquamarines are beautiful stones and are named after the latin word for seawater because of their stunning colour. They are the birthstone for march.
