Regency 15ct Gold Ornate Ring set with a Turquoise

A finely made 15ct gold ring that was made circa 1820-1830. It has been set with a striking turquoise blue oval cabochon cut turquoise. The pierced shoulders are a ribbon design leading on to a partially engraved shank featuring a scroll design which continues around the sides. The use of the turquoise literally means “Forget me not”. A sweet ring that would be an ideal present.
