Edwardian 18ct White Gold & Platinum, Two Stone Diamond Crossover Ring

166Y
Rare Find
Written by Olly Gerrish

A very pretty 18ct white gold and platinum ring that was made circa 1900-1910. It has been claw set with two transition deep cut diamonds in a cross over design. There are further claw set small diamonds set in to the shoulders. At that time the influence of the Art Nouveau style was manifesting itself in furniture and textiles. Jewellery also adopted the sinuous style that was typical of the period.

This ring would make a lovely engagement ring.
