Rare Find
A lovely pair of Edwardian drop earrings that were made in the early 1900’s. They are 15ct gold and platinum and the butterflies are 9ct gold. Each earring has been rub over set in yellow gold with a pear shaped aquamarine surrounded by diamonds claw set in platinum. Above is a platinum chain with two more diamonds.
When worn they look really pretty.
The Details
The Edwardian era is my favourite period as the jewellery was so light and pretty, and these earrings are a wonderful example of what was made.
