Victorian Ornate 18ct Gold Wedding Ring made by Barnet Henry Joseph

A lovely well executed 18ct gold wedding band that was assayed in Chester in 1880. It has the initials B.H.J inside the band for Barnet Henry Joseph . Although Barnet Henry Joseph was based in the jewellery quarter in Birmingham, the firm had a long association with the City of Chester hence the assay mark on this ring. Their jewels were always of high quality and were sold worldwide.

It has been engraved with diamonds shapes with a star within sending a subtle message to the receiver.

A perfect wedding band.
