Victorian 18ct Gold Five Stone Ruby & Diamond Ring

443Z
Written by Olly Gerrish

A very pretty narrow Victorian five stone ring assayed in London in 1893. It is set with three well matched rubies, with two old mine cut diamonds between. The rubies are a vibrant pinkish-red hue, complimented beautifully by the warm yellow gold setting. The gallery is adorned with carved scroll motifs to each side, a feature of craftsmanship typical of rings from this period.

The slim width means this ring would stack particularly well, yet it looks equally lovely as a standalone piece.
