Georgian 9ct Gold & Silver Rose Diamond Ring

A charming Georgian ring that was made circa 1820. It is 9ct gold and the rose diamonds have been pinch collet set in closed silver settings. The result is a lovely subtle look when worn as the rose diamonds refract light in a totally different way to modern brilliant cut stones. They are especially effective in candlelit settings as you can imagine from the era they were worn in.
