Edwardian 9ct Gold Illusion Keeper Ring

455Y
200 Admirers
Written by Olly Gerrish

This is an easy to wear and stylish 9ct gold ring that was made in 1903 in Birmingham. It is known as a “Keeper ring”. The tradition of giving a keeper ring is said to have represented the idea that the receiver was worth “keeping.” The “You are a keeper” sentiment attached to these rings makes them a popular choice today as a unique wedding ring, engagement ring, eternity ring, and even an anniversary band.

This particular ring is composed of entwined gold bands with added bobble detail and is also an illusion ring as the centre band appears to move as you turn the ring around.

It is in lovely condition.
