Edwardian 18ct White Gold Cluster Earrings set with Peridots & Diamonds

796X
Written by Olly Gerrish

A lovely pair of 18ct white gold earrings that were made circa 1920. Each earring has been set with a peridot surrounded by twelve small diamonds in 18ct white gold. The reverse are 18ct yellow gold. Peridot is named after the French word “peritot”, meaning gold, because the mineral can vary towards this colour. Peridot is the birthstone for the month of August.

It is also the stone given to celebrate the 16th year of marriage so what a lovely gift to someone that you love.
