It is composed of three diamonds, the largest in the centre and a slightly smaller diamond on either side, with small diamond points above and below and to either end that give the ring a good line. The total approximate weight is two carats. The gallery also has beautiful scrollwork. It was made by Alabaster & Wilson Ltd . For more than 100 years, Alabaster & Wilson Ltd were based in Birmingham and closed in 2018. They symbolised expert craftsmanship and the manufacture of very fine jewellery in England and have made high quality pieces for many of the leading jewellery companies such as Cartier.
