Edwardian 18ct Gold Crossover Ring set with Opals & Diamonds by Alabaster & Wilson

581Y
Written by Olly Gerrish

A pretty 18ct gold ring that was made circa 1910 by Alabaster & Wilson Ltd . For more than 100 years, Alabaster & Wilson Ltd were based in Birmingham and closed in 2018. They symbolised expert craftsmanship and the manufacture of very fine jewellery in England and have made high quality pieces for many of the leading jewellery companies such as Cartier. This ring has been claw set with two well matched cabochon cut opals in a crossover design with a claw set diamond on either side.

It is a lovely look when worn.
