Art Deco 18ct Gold Ring set with a Large Rectangular Cut Aquamarine

A spectacular 18ct gold ring that has been set with a large aquamarine that has an approximate weight of over fourteen and a half carats. It has been specially cut to show off the colour of this beautiful stone with straight facets on the reverse. The mount has a pierced gallery with engraved flowers around the edge and on the shoulders. It was most likely made in Austria or Germany circa 1930. A stunning dress ring for all the aquamarine fans out there!
