To ensure as smooth and pain-free an experience as possible, we calculate all applicable customs, taxes and duties at checkout and add them to the total cost of the order.
In doing so, we take on the responsibility of shipping logistics and customs clearances (using the DDP shipping arrangement) so you don't have to. Most importantly, it means your item/s will be with you as quickly as possible.

DHL Duty Tax Paid FeeThe DHL Duty Tax Paid Fee is DHL’s service charge for fronting any import duties and taxes owed on a shipment so that it can clear customs immediately, rather than waiting for the recipient to pay; in practice, DHL pays the government on the customer’s behalf and then adds a small handling fee—typically a fixed amount or a modest percentage of the duties advanced—for this convenience and faster clearance.
