An impressive and large cross that was made circa 1880. It has been set with sixteen rectangular step cut amethysts with rose diamonds flanking one side of each section. The amethysts represent spiritual purity and Holiness. and are a powerful religious connection to a higher power.
It almost has a three dimensional look when worn.
