A highly decorative pair of 18ct gold earrings that were made circa 1860. They are in the style of Carlo Giuliano. His work is characterised by intricate enamel work often with small dots. Each earring has been set with nine well matched rubies and small rose diamonds. In between the rubies are scrolled sections in black and white enamel.
They look wonderful when worn.
