Rare Find
A highly detailed pair of 15ct gold long drop earrings that were made circa 1830 in Switzerland. They are a wonderful coiled design and have been enamelled in black and white diamond shaped and floral motifs.
Swiss enamelled items of jewellery and objets vertu were very popular during the early years of the 19th century, so these earrings would most likely have been sold to tourists passing through Geneva on the Grand Tour.
