A pretty 15ct gold cased seal that was made circa 1820. The base is chalcedony with a diamond shaped intaglio with three birds within. The stem is a pretty pierced design that was typical of the Georgian period. A collection of seals can be worn on a chain or a bracelet and they look fantastic.
