Rare Find
An impressive 18ct gold Georgian ring that was made circa 1820. It is a beautiful ring and has been set with eight natural Persian turquoise. Turquoise was often used in Georgian jewellery and sent a lovely message to the receiver to “Forget me not” after the flower of the same name. In the centre is an old mine cut diamond and there are eight small old mine cut diamonds around the edge. The shank is trifurcated where it meets the cluster and is highly ornate with leaves and flowers.
A perfect ring either to add to a collection or to wear as a dress ring.
